The Farm or Farming challenge brought us three lovely 3D farm games. All three play right in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. If you're a parent looking for something calm to share with your kids, start here.
Happy Little Farm by tset

Made for little farmers aged 3 to 10. Feed, wash and cuddle 14 kinds of animals, dress them in hats and bows, grow veggies, go fishing and fill a sticker album. Farmer Rosie reads every tip out loud, so kids who can't read yet can play on their own.
- Nothing can be lost and nobody gets hurt. No timer, no competition.
- Big buttons and pictures instead of words.
- Best pick for the youngest players.
Farm Builder by monia

A toy-box farm: drag fences across the grass, build barns and coops, raise chickens, sheep, cows and horses, and find secret feed recipes. Bea the builder reads tips out loud.
- In Normal and Hard mode, foxes, wolves and bears sneak in and kids tap them to chase them away. It's cartoony, but little ones may not like it.
- Pick 🌈 Just Fun mode in ⚙️ Settings and there are no wild animals and no bugs at all.
- Great for ages 5 and up who like building.
Big Harvest by emolek

Drive tractors and a combine harvester, plow, sow and harvest your fields, sell to farmers who drive up in trucks, and hire farmhands. It's a real little farm-management game.
- More for older kids (around 8+): keyboard or on-screen stick, money to manage, workers to pay.
- Wolves come for the sheep at night and you honk the horn to scare them off. Nothing gory, just a bit of pressure.
- Endless, saves every day, so kids can stop and come back any time.
Why these are safe for kids
- No content warnings. All three creators marked their game as having none. There's no blood, no fighting and no bad language. The worst that happens is a cartoon wolf you shoo away.
- No accounts or personal info. Kids can play without signing in, and the games never ask for a name, email or anything else.
- Sandboxed. Every game on Gamero runs in a locked-down sandbox: it can't open pop-ups, can't send forms, and can't take your child to another website.
- Pretend coins only. The coins you earn are farm coins inside the game.
- Saves by itself, right on your device.
- Honest about how they were made. Each game page has an AI disclosure. All three were coded with AI help, with every 3D model and sound built in code.
One tip for parents: the comments under each game page are written by other players. Kids don't need them to play, but you may want to read along if they're browsing the site.
